CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 2945-2945.11 (Effective July 1, 2009)

2945. (a) The Legislature finds and declares that homeowners whose residences are in foreclosure are subject to fraud, deception, harassment, and unfair dealing by foreclosure consultants from the time a Notice of Default is recorded pursuant to Section 2924 until the time surplus funds from any foreclosure sale are distributed to the homeowner or his or her successor.

The hotel is situated near the intersection of U.S. Interstate Highway 10 and U.S. Interstate Highway 215. 1) From U.S. Interstate Highway 10 going east, take the Waterman North exit to the first traffic light at the intersection with Hospitality Lane. Turn left on Hospitality Lane. (2) From Interstate 10 going west, exit at Waterman Avenue and proceed to the first traffic light at the intersection with Hospitality Lane. Turn left on Hospitality Lane and proceed 2 blocks west. (3) Traveling south on the 215, take the I10 east and follow directions in (1) above. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the seminar. Call MPowerMe at (877) 676-9763 at least 7 days prior to the event to transfer your attendance. A $50 fee will apply.

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, we will convert your attendance to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward another MPowerMe seminar up to one year from your original seminar date. Some restrictions may apply.

If you wish to cancel the registration agreement on the day of the seminar, attendee must cancel prior to the conclusion of the first break during the seminar (the “First Break”). All cancellations made in person on the date of the seminar program must be brought to the attention of a Company representative prior to the conclusion of the First Break. No cancellations will be allowed once the seminar program has resumed following the First Break. There are no refunds or returns for seminar materials once the seminar program has resumed following the First Break.

Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the First Break and request your refund from a Company representative. At your option, we will apply your registration fee to another MPowerMe seminar, or send you a full refund
