Terry Strawn
Certified Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counselor
Terry Strawn is a Co-Founder, a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of MPowerMe, Inc. His desire to help distressed homeowners was the founding principal of the company. Mr. Strawn is a Certified Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counselor.
Mr. Strawn was a Senior Program Coordinator at Operation Hope, the nation’s leading non-profit organization providing foreclosure prevention services, where he counseled homeowners, modified their home loans, forestalled and prevented foreclosures and helped thousands stay in their homes.
Previously, Mr. Strawn worked for Countrywide Home Loans as the Director of Community Lending and Director of Counseling and Affordable Lending and has vast knowledge and experience in residential lending. He has long been an advocate for those less fortunate or in need of assistance, providing consumer counseling services for over sixteen years. His work experience includes stints at Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services.
Mr. Strawn has been either a member or director of the following organizations: Los Angeles Partners in Homeownership, Southern California Home Choice Coalition, John Muir Business and Finance Academy and Fannie Mae Home Path. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1988.
Jason Yancey
Certified Foreclosure Prevention Counselor
Jason Yancey serves as a Program Coordinator for HOPE Coalition America, a division of Operation HOPE, which began foreclosure prevention services in 2007. Mr. Yancey has completed NeighborWorks’ nationally recognized Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling training and certification program. He has helped hundreds of homeowners delay and prevent foreclosure and provides financial literary information to ensure they maintain a sound financial future.
Previously, Mr. Yancey worked as a Loan Officer at Ameriquest Mortgage and Equity One Lending and has additional experience in counseling and social services. Mr. Yancey has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2007. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Clemen Mendoza
Certified Foreclosure Prevention Counselor
Clemen Mendoza serves as a Program Coordinator for HOPE Coalition America, a division of Operation HOPE, which began foreclosure prevention services in 2007. Ms. Mendoza has completed NeighborWorks’ nationally recognized Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling training and certification program. She has helped hundreds of homeowners delay and prevent foreclosure and maintain homeownership.
Previously, Ms. Mendoza worked for Countrywide Home Loans as a Loan Officer and Processor. She has 20 years of real estate experience and has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1989.
Mayer Dallal
Mayer Dallal is a Co-Founder, a Director and the President of MPowerMe, Inc.
Mr. Dallal has 19 years of real estate experience, primarily focusing on residential lending and re-financing. He previously founded and operated two mortgage brokerage companies and has extensive experience in loan underwriting, credit analysis and mortgage origination.
Mr. Dallal is a member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
Clifford Cheng
Clifford Cheng is a Co-Founder and Director of MPowerMe, Inc. His current position is Director of Operations and he has overall responsibility for the daily operations of the company.
Mr. Cheng has over 20 years of real estate experience, including eight years as Assistant Vice President and REO Asset Manager for American Savings Bank and Washington Mutual. In his capacity, he was responsible for the management and disposition of thousands of bank owned assets and worked closely with the Loss Mitigation, Risk Management and Foreclosure departments.
His other professional experience includes residential real estate development, commercial real estate brokerage and auction marketing. Mr. Cheng has been a licensed real estate broker since 1990. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of California at Berkeley.
